btv188 Platform Rules

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an account on btv188, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of btv188 or any of its associated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person, without prior written consent from btv188.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by btv188 or any affiliated responsible gaming registry.

Each Player must register a single, unique account on btv188. The registration process requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a contact number.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual Player. This restriction applies regardless of the email address, device, IP address, payment method, or residential address used. The operation of multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. btv188 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void all associated bets and balances without prior notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify btv188 support immediately at [email protected]. btv188 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to notify btv188 promptly.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. All pending bets will be settled before the account is closed. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's nominated withdrawal method within 3–5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

btv188 is committed to operating a secure, fraud-free platform. All Players are required to complete KYC identity verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC may also be requested at registration or at any other point during the Player's account lifecycle, at btv188's discretion.

4.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or a current Indonesian passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your residential address in Indonesia, dated within 90 days.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits, where required.

4.2 Processing Time

Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 hours of document submission during business days (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB). Accounts with a pending KYC review may continue to place bets but withdrawal requests will be held until verification is complete.

btv188 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved channels:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

5.1 Deposit Limits

• Minimum single deposit: Rp 50.000
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to the limits imposed by the Player's chosen payment provider and btv188's internal risk controls.

5.2 Processing Time

Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to a Player's Account within 1–5 minutes. During periods of high network traffic (particularly on BRI Liga 1 match days and major Champions League fixtures), processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited within 60 minutes, Players should contact support with their transaction reference number.

5.3 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. btv188 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified third-party sources and to request supporting documentation before crediting any deposit to a Player's Account.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name, which matches the identity documented during KYC verification. btv188 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.1 Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum single withdrawal: Rp 100.000
• Maximum single withdrawal: Subject to Player VIP tier and btv188 internal risk controls. Platinum and Diamond tier members benefit from elev ated daily withdrawal ceilings. Contact support for tier-specific limits.

6.2 Processing Time

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval.
• Local Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata): Typically processed within 1–3 business hours. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB may be processed on the following business day.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before the relevant funds become withdrawable.
• btv188 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10.000.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be issued to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team.

btv188 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• A Player may only claim each welcome bonus or first-deposit promotion once. Duplicate accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in immediate account termination.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• btv188 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or reclaim bonus funds from a Player's Account if there is reasonable evidence of abuse or manipulation.
• Bonuses issued during seasonal promotions — including those tied to Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek) — are subject to the specific terms published for each individual promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount. For example, if a Player deposits Rp 500.000 and receives a 100% match bonus of Rp 500.000, the total wagering requirement would be Rp 10.000.000 (10 × Rp 1.000.000). Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any uncleared bonus funds will expire.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates

• Sportsbook (pre-match and live): 100% contribution toward wagering requirements on bets with minimum odds of 1.50. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets also contribute at 100%.
• Slot Games: 100% contribution from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft titles; slot gacor (high-RTP slot games) titles may have specific contribution rates — refer to the active promotion page.
• Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution.
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets: 0% contribution unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

All bets placed on btv188 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or market, in addition to the general betting rules set out in this clause.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered accepted and confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued to the Player and the corresponding stake has been deducted from their Account balance. Bets that display as pending without a confirmed reference number are not valid and do not constitute a binding wager.

8.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

btv188 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error in pricing, market description, or system malfunction — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Where possible, btv188 will notify affected Players within 24 hours of detecting such an error.

8.3 Football and Sports Betting

• All football markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Piala AFF — are subject to standard international football betting rules unless otherwise stated.
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap rules. Quarter-ball and half-ball handicaps are settled according to the outcome split or full-stake settlement rules respectively.
• Mix parlay bets require a minimum of three selections. If one leg of a mix parlay is voided, the bet will be recalculated as if that selection had not been included. If two or more legs are voided, the entire parlay is voided and the stake returned.

8.4 Togel Markets

Togel (Toto Gelap — Indonesia's traditional numbers prediction lottery) draw results are sourced from the official live result feeds of the respective draw pools (SGP, HK, SDY, Macau). All results are considered final once published. Disputes must be raised within 12 hours of the draw result being posted on the Platform.

8.5 Maximum Payout

btv188 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per market, per event, and per Player per day. Maximum payout limits are published on the relevant market pages and may be adjusted without prior notice in response to market conditions or risk management requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btv188 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and — where legally required — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or assisting another individual in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or multiplayer table games.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies in bad faith.
• Money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other criminal financial activity conducted through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other Players' accounts or to btv188's internal systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing btv188 staff or other members of the platform community.

btv188 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a range of player-protection tools that are available to all account holders at no cost. Gambling should be a form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or a method of recovering losses.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day waiting period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a defined session duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which the Player's account is inaccessible for betting and gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term restriction of between 6 months and permanent, processed within one hour of request. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires.

All content on the btv188 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive property of btv188 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of btv188 content — in whole or in part — without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btv188 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.
• Interruptions to service resulting from scheduled maintenance, server downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Decisions made by the Player based on information displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a technical error.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

In all cases, btv188's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

btv188 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja) is strictly limited to the information required to process the relevant transaction.

btv188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the address on record and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit a request to close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which btv188 is incorporated and licensed internationally. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable Indonesian consumer protection law.

15.1 Dispute Resolution Process

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: In the first instance, raise your dispute with the btv188 customer support team at [email protected]. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours at this stage.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may submit a formal written complaint. btv188 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
3. Step 3 — Final Decision: If the formal complaint process does not yield an acceptable resolution, btv188 may refer the matter to an independent arbitration body. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
